My job is to read your body like a backcountry map, noting the twists and turns and tending to areas of tension and pain.

My mission is to provide experiences of deep restoration so that your body can best restore itself, leaving you revitalized and ready to catch the next magnificent bluebird day.

Tend to your physical body. Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) is deep, specific and highly effective in dissolving pain. Specialized techniques and wooden tools are used to tend to your soft tissue, treat trigger points and release adhesions. Sessions are combined with deep tissue massage, stretching and relaxation techniques. This healing art deeply restored your nervous and muscular systems.
